• 18/10/22The Mojo Pork with black beans and yellow rice is delicious! It was still hot upon arrival, and there was enough for two meals. I've been a Pollo Tropical fan since 1992, and have never been disappointed .

• 9/7/26Crispy Chicken salad was over 65% lettuce. Not what I was expecting. Would not order it again. I wouldn't pay that for mostly lettuce....
Soup was good.

• 15/1/24both the Cuban sandwich and the quesadilla wrap tasted awful. the crust on both items was fake and grainy and had no flavor. the filling inside contained items that were unpleasant and just gross. overall impression was food that was not worth anything.

• 15/9/25The Black Beans were watery and definitely sitting around for a while. Not good! I ordered a 1/4 chicken. It came with part of a wing and a breast.
Came with no bbq sauce which I ordered. Not ordering from here again
