Although packaging needs more stickers on top to ensure no items "fall off the bag", This is the place for chicken. Look nowhere else. Consistency, all items arriving and on time, mix with nothing but kudos from your driver is the experience.

This specific location of pollo tropical never fails me. The chicken is always flavorful and of good size. Doesn’t give small pieces of chicken lol. Its always fresh and steaming hot by the time it arrives to my home. Of course im ordering again!

Normally, Pollo Tropical has a filling and very tasteful meal. This meal was a failed attempt and unsatisfactory. I DO NOT recommend the Ceviche. 3 shrimp and a sliver of avocado with a bland watery taste. The quesadilla wrap was hard and the chicken was burnt like it was a rejected order that had been sitting from the time the store opened. Pollo Trooical should be ashamed of the garbage that I had to pay for. Door Dash should drop this store from their registry. If I could give this order a negative I would.
