I eat Pollo Tropical nearly every week. Sometimes twice a week. It's delicious, priced right, quick and consistent. What more could you want??

I've had PolloTropical before and it was great. However, tonight's order of chicken was dry and overcooked. My black beans were more liquid than beans. Kind of bummed. I was looking forward to it.

Thrown together in haste with a smaller than normal serving of chicken. I order a LOT from Pollo Tropical and this is disappointing.
