No Latin flavor flat pork, bad soup. No condiments at all. Worst food that I ever had . Not even a pinched of salt. I believe that the prisons cook better than Pollo Tropical. For the prices the quantity and quantity is not there.

Ordered the Boneless Platter - Rice & Beans. The description stated 2 chicken breasts, but what I got was 1 chicken breast cut in half and dry. Ordered cilantro garlic sauce, but received some unknown spicy sauce instead. Not great.

I love the Classic TropiChop®. it's the perect amount of food for a reasonable price, and it's pretty healthy!

the Cuban or Latin flavor is no longer there. The rosetiere chicken from Walmart has a better Spicy, flavor that resembles the latin cuisine flavors. too flat an no flavors that resembles our Caribbean, Latin flavors of ours cultures. bring back our Salsa larina in our food. in conclusion no condiments or salt is added to any dishes.
