• Hace 4 díasFood was good! Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Rice Bowl had a very nice portion. Fried Yuca was good but was pretty cold, still had good flavor though. Would order again :)

• 13/8/26I love Pollo Tropical and have never had issues before. I think it's the best Cuban fast food restaurant.
However, last night I ordered "two (2) chicken breasts only" and two (2) sodas (1 Coke and 1 Diet Coke) and I received the sodas and only
one (1) chicken breast cut in half, and it was cold.

• 31/8/26Good was good. I'm from the Caribbean, and our rice has more seasonings. And I feel the brown rice is too plain. Not it's lack salt but it's just doesn't have herbs and other seasonings in it. After that, food was delicious. The portion I would say it was for 3 people. Maybe 4 serving.

• 3/7/23Hit or miss on flavor. Rice and beans flavorless! Flan is the size of the palm of your hand!! for five dollars is ridiculous!
