I love Pollo Tropical and have never had issues before. I think it's the best Cuban fast food restaurant.
However, last night I ordered "two (2) chicken breasts only" and two (2) sodas (1 Coke and 1 Diet Coke) and I received the sodas and only
one (1) chicken breast cut in half, and it was cold.

Excellent value for thee days, tasty chicken, pretty good macaroni and cheese tho crustless so not as good as Chik Fil A Mac n cheese. Packed well to stay hot, repeat customers multiple times.

Good was good. I'm from the Caribbean, and our rice has more seasonings. And I feel the brown rice is too plain. Not it's lack salt but it's just doesn't have herbs and other seasonings in it. After that, food was delicious. The portion I would say it was for 3 people. Maybe 4 serving.

Hit or miss on flavor. Rice and beans flavorless! Flan is the size of the palm of your hand!! for five dollars is ridiculous!
