Have tried various chicken dishes here, and they're all wonderful, but today's Medio Pollo Ranchero / Ranchero Half Chicken has been my favorite. Seasoned perfectly, nothing fancy. Cooked perfectly. all the sides were perfect. The Salsa Macha (4 oz) / Macha Salsa (4 oz) was a delicious side, mostly chili flake but with some rich flavors added in the oil. Will definitely do this again.

I've been meaning to try somethingauthentic Pollo for ages, and this restaurant delivered tremendously. the chicken itself was big and tender, and the matcha caught me by surprise with its immense heat. I'll definitely hit this spot up next time I'm in the mood.

The Medio Pollo Enchipotlado Agridulce / Spicy Sweet Half Chicken was insanely tender and flavorful!! I had some of it as a normal meal with the included rice, then pulled the rest off the bone and used it with some extra sauce to flavor an entire new pot of rice. Great flavor if you like sweet sauces like teriyaki and some low chile heat.

Chicken BETTER than Chic-fil-A. So tender and juicy; and the pieces that had the charred, crisp skin??? Devine. Absolutely the most flavorful grilled chicken I've ever had. They need to hold a clinic on teaching folks how to properly grill chicken! The BEST!!!
