Anytime we order from this specific location -Downtown Silver Spring - there's always an issue with the order. They made my driver wait for over 15 minutes to "make" fries...meanwhile the fries in the bag had clearly been sitting out all day and were cold. They also put 4 tiny wings in the 4 piece chicken meal & one of them was burnt... & then to top it off, they completely forgot to put in the apple pies. We pay a lot of money for this food, especially with all the added fees it would be nice if the workers in the store could get it right. Do not order from this store.

This location really delivered. I got the 3Pc Tenders Meal Deal and it was worth it. The tenders were nice and crispy and not oily or greasy. They even packaged it in the Luffy Bento box paper packinging even though I didn't order the Luffy meal. And the Gum-Gum Fruit Lemonade slapped. 10/10 Plus they didn't forget the biscuit, unlike other locations.

Best decision ever to open a Popeyes in downtown silver spring, never have an issue and always get quality. Crispy crunchy saucy chicken. I still think, in general, the "Spicy"(where??) Truff mayo sucks tho.

The 3 piece tender meal, the tenders were a little chewy but tasty, I loved the biscuit. Normally I receive hard biscuits but this one was fresh this time and the fries were good. Wish the restaurant would give more sauce instead of 1. 3Pc Tenders Meal Deal. The way I received my food was not acceptable, I think the Dasher handled my food any kind of way and I received it with the box all tore up that the food came in and looked like the Dasher resealed the bag, receipt was tore in half and crumbled up, that Dasher got reported and blocked with a ⭐star.
