My husband ordered the WHOLE Cardiac Cajun po'boy, it was heavy because it was loaded with shrimp and sausage.
You cant really see much of the shrimp in the pivsbut it was loaded with both sheim and sausage.
He could only eat half of it, which never happens, he always eats the whole sandwhich lol.
He said it was great and worth every penny.
I ordred the WHOLE Burger Poboy and it was great as well. I added pickled red onions to my order, they added so much flavor.
We both ordered House Cut Fries, theyre generous with their portions and the fries had great seasoning.
We'll definitely be ordering from Pops again!

If you want the best non traditional poboys, there is no where better. By non traditional I mean other than fried shrimp or oyster. I love the Hot Hot but to be honest everything is good. The weekly special with the kimchi is outstanding. The bread is exactly how a true New Orleans poboy should be. Maybe the best fries I have ever had.

The bread was hard and crumbled off like it was really old and stale. I would have just eaten the fish out of it but it was mostly breading and very thin piece of fish. The Hush Puppies were burnt. I've ordered this before and was good but today it's awful.

The Jack Special is my favorite and everything from here is always delicious. I got the ~Hallouminati to try something different and it was great. I would also recommend trying the Cajun Castro, Nut Job, Mimi's Mac and Cheese, and the hush puppies. I'm moving soon and am super sad about not having Pop's at my convenience. It's definitely a must have if you're in Lafayette!

Poboy is huge! I got 2 meals off of a half. And the fries!!!! Lawd. Idk what they are seasoned with but they really are delicious.
