Breaded Whitefish Sandwich was tender and delicious plus the Caesar Salad with the added chicken was well prepared and the lettuce fresh and crunchy .

the cheese fries were SO fresh and tasty, i order them every time and the large gives such a good amount of fries. the chicken tenders were pretty good like always but im sad they changed the sauces cause the ranch they used to have was really good

i'm always hesitant of ordering online because I always feel like they must at least forget one thing
Unfortunately, everything ingredient wise wasn't on the spicy chicken sandwich so that was a little disappointing and a large fry really wasn't filled that much with fries but everything else was good and came hot.

i really generally dont leave reviews but holy cow the food we got last night was ATROCIOUS. both the burgers and their buns were schorched and the hot dog was undercooked. bros, if you're gonna charge 15 bucks for a burger the LEAST you can do is drop a new bun when the damn thing comes out charcoal black. The burgers were dry as hell so i dont think they were fresh, and my rodeo burger had all of one medium size onion ring and one small one. absolutely hilarious. was i the wrong one for ordering from this store? i dont think i can ever order from portillos again- no one wants to set 80 bucks on fire for this.

Salad doesn't look fresh at all. Lettuce is yellowed like it was sitting ready awhile ago. Im surprised to see it like that from Portillo's. I would not expect it from them.
