First time ordering from Portillo's. I ordered the Beef & Cheddar Croissant, onion rings and a can of Spindrift Raspberry Lime. I was expecting more cheese on my sandwich and I didnt think the large onion rings were worth the $6 as they were-cold and not a lot. My sandwich and onion rings tasted good but both were luke-warm. I was a little disappointed on my first order.

French fries were hot and crispy upon delivery and the hot dog had a great taste and a soft poppy seed bun. Would order again

Always hits the spot !!! Everything I have tried did not disappoint, hamburgers are some of the best that I have ever had.

My Chicago dogs were perfectly made with care and were very tasty just like made in Chitown! The onion rings were delicious as well!

I've been to multiple Portillos. Something about the meat was off. I absolutely love the Italian Beef, but this didn't seem fresh like other locations. Could be that I've only been to the ones in Chicago.
