Beef & Cheddar Croissant was tasty but not well put together, half the meat was in the middle, not spread out the length of the bun and the wrapper was wet as if the sandwich had been sitting for awhile. Cheese Fries also good but the portion was small, didn't even fill up the fry cup and I still had more than half the cheese left when I finished the fries. Not a single napkin was provided and NO STRAW for my shake. how are you supposed to drink a shake without a straw? everything tasted good but presentation and customer service counts too. if I could give stars they would get a 3.

5+++ I live in Jax, FL and sent the Combo Beef & Char Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich. to my dad in Springfield, IL via Door Dash. Dad grew up in Springfield, now living in an assisted living facility at age 76. He has his favorite places to eat and over epic fails, he sticks with those places. However, I read the reviews, looked at their site's pics and then text my cousin in Chicago. She said YES go for it. They love it and didn't know Springfield has one. Okay, Dad received his Combo Beef & Char Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich called me moments after finishing it. He was raving about it how good it was. Best he's had in 20+ years. Takes him back to going to a mom and pop place where they served up homemade food and a ton of it! The best sausage he has ever had and he said I do mean ever!! Just delicious! The Italian beef was really good and they didn't skimp with the meat portion. The sweet peppers, mmwah. I told him that I could order it in a bowl as to avoid calories or sogginess. Noooo! He said that he wants it just as I ordered it. He loved the bread too. It wasn't soggy. He said he could eat it every day. Portillos you've made me so happy to make my dad so happy. If only we had one here in Jax! Thank you Door Dash for making it possible.

Very pricey. The bacon was half cooked, only one small piece of onion on the burger. The spicy chicken sandwich was so salty I could barely eat it.

Great portion. The Éclair cake is delicious, moist, and creamy. The chocolate icing pairs well with the cake. Would definitely get again

Disappointed in burger and onion rings. Burger consistency and taste were dry and flavorless. Bacon was very good!
Onion rings were over cooked and dry. . Cheese sauce couldnt save them
Chocolate cake touted to have " 2 pounds of chocolate icing per cake" made me wonder if my food had come from another location
For $31.00 ( not including $5 tip .) this was not q memorable meal.
