• 20/10/22I've had better burgers a McDonald's. The lettuce was soggy, the bacon was chewy and rubbery. Just not a good burger especially for the price.

• 7/7/26The Villa Park, IL Portillo's is terrible. Every single time we order from here, we are missing at least one item, usually multiple - Cheese Sauce, salad side bread, fries, etc. The food is typically just OK - hasn't been great in years. Soggy, not hot or fresh, not done according to order (example: ordering a plain Spicy Chicken Sandwich yet it comes with everything on it). I don't know why we continue going to this location. Convenience, I suppose. I think we may switch to the Elmhurst location from now on.

• 12/9/25Fries were cold and gross. The chili dog was rubbery. The cheeseburger was overcooked. Best thing was the Dr.Pepper. Portillos is not good anymore!
