I had a multigrain veggie melt with broccoli soup delivered to my work. To drink I had the Vitamin Water XXX Acai Blue Pom. Food was hot and fresh ingredients. I was given napkins and a spoon for the soup. Portion size filled me up and I would definitely order this again!

My BLTA had one slice of avocado per side the and the bacon was literally black because it was burnt!!!

I just could not finish the skinny sandwich. The sandwich is not like the picture with fresh vegetables. The mixture of just cheese mushrooms and avocado, made me feel nauseous, is had to throw the rest of the sandwich away. Have not yet tried the soup. If they can at least give me a partial refund to the card I charged it with.

Way too much aoli. Was a sodden mess upon delivery. Was expecting a reasonable amount bc I did not ask for extra. Not up to usual potbelly standards.

I paid way to much money to just receive bread and meat. The picture showed at least lettuce, tomato, and onion. Not what I expected. Very disappointed! There was no option on the app to customize.
