Very disappointed. The "Big" sandwitch was the same size as the regular. The Italian was missing the giardiniera. The sandwiches were both very bland, very little meat. The Soup tastes like canned and very overpriced for the amount you get. Shake was tasteless, small, melted, and way overpriced.

Fantastic bread. I had the multigrain and it was fresh and crusty. Very good! The Chicken pot pie soup was also tasty, full of chicken and veggies.

the wreck was overcooked or had been sitting there for a while, tasted old and super crunchy, barely any turkey on it. Requested Sauces on side, there were no Sauces at all.

New favorite sub spot! So good, the chicken pot pie soup was great. The subs were toasted and perfect! We enjoyed it!

I can remember my day is back in Chicago ordering from the original potbelly. Knowing the secrets of hollowing out that bread for the perfect sub for my preferences.
I'm pleased to know that quality still remains and I can still get a taste of the old days any darn time I want.
I wish I was more adventurous, but the ham and cheese will always be my go to, but dang I miss those old pineapple smoothies.
