Potbellies is normally my go to sandwich spot. When ordering online, they really skimp on toppings. My BLTA had almost no bacon (almost 100% lettuce) and they didnt add any of the requested toppings. This never happens in the store - just lazy if you're not there to confirm I guess. Still super disappointed with my 16 dollar lettuce sandwich.

The bread is good, not weird texture like some other sandwich chains. Love the spicy peppers. My kiddos love the meatball sub.

I ordered turkey breast meal with everything comes with and I just got bread and turkey, dry, no dressing, so bad service
