This was by far one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had from here. I have ordered from here many times, and this was the worst one. The sandwich had hardly anything on it! I felt like i was only eating bread

There's no Spicy Giardiniera option on the DoorDash profile but I put it in the special instructions and they nailed! My sandwich was perfect! My wife loved her sandwich and soup combo too! We will be ordering again soon!

Things have changed since the acquisition. Fake bacon bits, cheaper Ranch, it all tasted lower quality.

I have been on DD for 2 years. I have had countless mistakes made by restaurants. This Potbelly ALWAYS gets it right! Thank you for caring and taking the time to get our orders right! We will order again soon!
