So addicted to the spaghetti carbonara with chicken and peas. Consistency in the well made sauce with ample prosciutto. Flavor is greater than the list of ingredients

Princi has definitely upped their game with the new menu and prices. The Chicken Parmesan Pizza was amazing! Perfect crust and perfect toppings.

The Fig and Gorgonzola bruschetta came as the pizza which is not really comparable. The chicken piccata had very little sauce and the chicken was overdone. The penne arrabiata sauce was trying to distinguish itself, but am not sure what it was going for, but it missed.
