Bird, a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and I was given a cold plain croissant no sausage no egg no cheese. I was still charged for the sausage, egg and cheese croissant.. how does this happen? No way to get an order correction so they have my money and I do not have what I paid for.

They are good but don't look like the picture, so you don't really know if you got what you ordered.
