Welcome to Protein Lounge — Mission’s home for fresh, flavourful, high-protein meals.
We make our sauces in-house, cook everything fresh, and keep it healthy without compromising taste.
Bowls, burgers…
Grass-Fed Beef Bowl (~P:30g) and Local Chicken Breast Bowl (~P:36g) 10/10 soo flavourful. Great quality, perfect portion. I regularly order here and am never disappointed.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time a few days ago. The restaurant owner and employees are so friendly! The were out of the tuna bowl (it was just before closing) but the owner said they'd have it the following morning since everything is freshly made.
The chicken bowls are SO good! My husband went back for the tuna bowl the next day and he loved it as well! Will be continuing to spend our money here for healthier meals instead of fast food! Can't wait to try the meal plan option as well!
Thank you to the owner and employees so much for the hard work making everything!!

the food was good, but the portions for price were shockingly small. the way they packed the sauce spilled over everyone's food, making the burgers soggy.
