I finally tried the 'yaroa de pernil' and it was phenomenal! The pernil (roasted pork) was perfectly seasoned, incredibly tender, and packed with flavor. The crispy, salty pork crackling on top was an absolute highlight—an essential part of any great pernil. The combination of the succulent meat and delicious sauce with the platano Madurai and cheese made for a truly incredible and hearty dish. This is my new go-to comfort food.

La carnita estaba super salada. Rebicen la sal es la segunda vez que la comida esta super salada la carne de pollo de la yaroa por igual.

There was a pool of oil at the bottom of the box. Enough that I could and had to pour it out and even then, there was still enough oil left over to completely soak 4 napkins. It tasted good before I realized I just essentially drank a tablespoon of oil in a bite.
