The nachos queso bowl had a very burnt taste/smell, as did the burrito. It's like they cleaned the grill right into those items as well because there were burnt crunchy pieces. Also only 2 small bags of chips for nachos and 2 dips

My favorite is their hand-smashed guacamole & chips. They dice the onions very fine so you don't get big chunks, & just the right amount of homemade chips. Their Bowls are delicious & you can make them up with what you like in them, with very fresh-tasting ingredients. The Nachos are especially nice because they give you the chips on the side, so they're not mushy nachos when they arrive. Excellent service

Usually The food is pretty good however this time I'm not sure what happened, but it was pretty subpar. The quesadilla cheese was not even inside the quesadilla. And it was cooked this way because a large swath of cheese was fried by itself and not in the quesadilla. In other words they saw what it looked like before they packaged it.

All the bowls we got were loaded and sooo good. The brownies are always perfect as well. Never disappointed.

The create your bowl was pretty tasty and flavorful. The only reason I don't place a heart is because the lack of protein added is not sufficient for what you pay for .
