First time trying this place and was blown away by the quality of the brisket. The burrito was a densely packed and extremely flavorful. The guac was fresh ( and free! ) Definitely going to start eating here rather than chipotle.

Ingredient proportions seemed just right; this was probably the best-wrapped burrito I've had in years—not even a single grain of rice fell from the wrap. Carnitas were still fresh despite being near the end of the night. Chips were still warm, fresh except for a couple stragglers.

we ordered 3 chips and queso and did not get any chips at all and i let them know and they tried to refund me only 5$ when each one was almost $7 each that's bad customer service

Bland. Potatoes were huge pieces and not cooked through. Chicken was dry. No cheese.

very disappointed. we ordered 2 different nacho plates and received 1 bag of chips. ordered jalapeno and got onion instead. my daughter asked for lettuce and didn't get any. this is the first time they have messed up my order. don't know if I will order from them again. food was soso
