The Chow Mein 炒面 with shrimp and the Liang Pi 陕西凉皮 were both NEXT LEVEL --- my new favs for local Chinese food. Din Tai Fung is great, but Qin West is better. Love that the sauce for the Liang Pi 陕西凉皮 was in a separate container so I could pour it on when it arrived. Very authentic, very excellent. I'll be back for more again and again and again.

The Spicy Wonton Soup and Liang Pi are my favorites! The spare ribs, dumplings and Golden Beef Noodle Soup are all very good as well. The only thing I haven't liked from here so far was the Twice-Cooked Pork. It was rock-hard and inedible. That was a while ago so unsure if it has changed since then.

the pork in Nanning Noodle 南宁老友粉 tastes like spoiled meat and utterly inedible. The Liuzhou Soup 柳州螺蛳粉 is very bland and the noodle is overcooked, way worse than the instant snail noodle soup I got from Asian grocery stores. Extremely disappointing food.

Everything we've ordered from Qin West Noodles has been constantly delicious and fresh. The Hot Dry Noodle 热干面 has a nutty warm flavor and very fulfilling. Highly recommended!

We only got like 3 pieces of meat and those are hard as rock, only have a small part of real meat the rest are just fat. It's also not fresh, taste like old meat that they left over last night, can't really chew it down because it's hard and looking very dark. I really really don't know how this can be 20 dollar. Very disappointed, bad quality. I will never come back to this and also don't recommend anyone to try.
