• 3/3/25The banh mi from the COMBO DEAL was really good and fresh. The veggies were nice and crunchy. I like the Thai tea I requested too, just wish it was a litle sweeter. The cream cheese rangoons were crispy and the sauce that comes with it was good too. Definitely want to be stopping by in person now that I've tried it.

Grilled Beef Sandwich (Bánh mì bò) is so light and refreshing sandwich flavors from the carrots, cucumbers and cilantro is chefs kiss the beef is always tender melt in your mouth! Not a heavy make you feel sandwich! Must try!

• 21/9/26This place makes amazing drinks that never disappoint. The young ladies are very dedicated hard workers who manage stress and work under pressure well. This location is always busy no matter what time I've been there.
It's a shame management doesn't seem to care about their safety and well-being, seeing as they only have one employee working at a time throughout the week. Every other location of R&B tea that I have been to have multiple employees working at a time. If you order from this location, be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for your order and be patient with the young ladies. Depending on the time and rush, be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes due to being short staffed.
Management has failed them so far, and they need all the support they can get. Please be kind.

• 27/10/25I am rating the Brown Sugar Boba Milk a 2 because I asked for a 10 in sweetness & they put very little Brown Sugar syrup, making it taste mostly like regular milk. Also, I ordered a size Large & received a medium. & I am rating the Egg Roll (3 pcs) a 3 as well because I didn't like the filling. Maybe I missed the description entirely, but I like veggie egg rolls better. 😖 so all in all, I'll rate everything a 3 because even though the egg rolls aren't my cup of tea, I know other people would like them. They were nice & crispy. Just hope my drink has more taste than milk to it.
