New fav boba place. Their drinks are bomb. The Vietnamese Coffee is my go-to flavor here. Whoever did my coffee drink today - perfect! Thai Stormy & Mango Stormy are both delish. Ordering again soon.

Love the extra large 32 oz size that the Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea and Hawaiian Fruit Black Tea come in. So refreshing and great value for that size. Both of them have delicious fruit flavors, just depends on which tea base you want. I would order again.

I ordered four 32-oz teas, but my delivery arrived with four 16-oz teas instead. That means I paid for 128 oz of tea but only received 64 oz.
When I called to ask about the mistake, I was told they ran out of 32-oz cups and that they “gave me the same amount” using 16-oz cups. However, that clearly wasn’t the case since I only received four 16-oz drinks.
I understand that places run out of supplies sometimes, but the order should either be adjusted to provide the correct total amount or the customer should be contacted beforehand. What was most disappointing was that there was no effort to correct the order or offer a refund after I called.
Hopefully the business improves how they handle situations like this so other customers receive what they actually paid for.

I don't know what's up with this place I'm not sure if it's this location or what's going on, but I used to adore this particular location and I never had an issue until recently. Maybe new management? Perhaps a drop in sales leaves them wanting to be more scarce with their product? I found myself visiting this location in person the other day and not only did I pay twice what I pay on DoorDash for the same order, but one of my drinks was sealed at literally 50% full although I was told it would be at least 60% due to not having ice in it. Which is totally fine but it most definitely was only 50% full and I had a $25 tab which is a big tab for a beverage place. I literally DoorDash'd from this place almost every single day for a while until this started happening ...the owners need to start valuing the regular customers because to be honest, I feel a bit of a slap in the face for being loyal. Today I ordered a mango stormy – like I always do – my drink showed up about 85% percent full and almost completely watered down when this place is just 2 miles from my house--I know it wasn't my Dasher because I tracked him on the app-- mind you I ordered a regular drink nothing with no ice or any special kind of changes. It just showed up 85% full. I think this closes the book on my business relationship with this location. There's plenty of other Boba places that will appreciate my business. It's too bad because their mango stormy is unmatched by any other place and that's what gets them the two stars.
