Absolutely wonderful Tan Tan Ramen once again! Perfectly seasoned, superb textures, and very generous portion! Rai Rai Ramen deserves more than five stars . . . .

The flavor is so rich and deep... it is creamy and has the most delicious spice. The noodles have the best texture. The egg is so soft and pairs perfectly with the broth and pork. The portion is rather big and I always have left overs after! It's amazing. I order this over and over!

The best ramen I've ever had in my life. I had tried a couple of other places here in Kailua but they don't even come close to Rai Rai Ramen!

Superb! Easily the best ramen restaurant on the windward side . . . the freshest, tasty vegetables and proteins served over perfect noodles with to-die-for broth . . . what more could anyone ask for?

Portion was generous and the ramen was perfectly packed for a delivery order, all you had to do was pour the broth in the bowl of the noodles and ingredients. Well thought out and executed. Thanks so much.
