Ramen Kazama is the most authentic ramen in the cities. The chef even sends the noodles to you to boil so it tastes fresher. It is worth the money and worth it to support this small business and their chef. Highly recommend.

Food tasted good, gotta give them that. However, they deliver it to you... raw. They give you instructions to boil water and cook the noodles yourself. I get that they want to give it to you fresh, but having ordered it from a hotel room, I was unamused. This was the first time I've received instructions to cook my own takeout...
Secondly, portions are mediocre. I got two pieces of Charsiu. Super small portions. I paid extra for an extra egg and received half an egg (in addition to the two halves that come with it).
If you're home and are willing to go through the hassle of cooking your own food and paying for a small portion, then order here. However, the soup tasted pretty good so maybe you'll think it's worth it.

The Tonkotsu is my go to! And the Chicken Karaage is so crispy and juicy! Sooo yum!

Ramen noodles would need to be cooked a lil bit longer than 90 seconds. Ive always loved their ramen, but tonights ramen seemed to be off. Too hard for my taste.
