The Shoyu Ramen is always amazing. One of my favorite things about their ramen is their rich broths and the way they make their noodles. I have been spoiled on them and can never go back!

I've been ordering from this place for over two years now and they have always delivered with good taste, portion sizes, and freshness. They've never gotten my order wrong and I recommend to everyone I know to eat from this place! The spicy miso has been my go to since day one and it's ALWAYS delicious and full of flavor! I recommend going in the staff are just as lovely! Props to the kitchen ,staff, and the owners for making my taste buds dance with joy.

The ramen is delicious no doubt. I like how it's packaged for door dash order they put the broth on the side so it doesn't make everything soggy.
However 3 stars because it is CRAZY expensive. the ingredient quality for the toppings isn't high tier. The chicken slices don't taste too great and are pretty tough. I wish they would provide an option on how you would like your egg and the noodles cooked. I was charged $1.50 for extra green onions,you can buy an entire bunch for less than $1 at Kroger or any Asia Market. That's an insane upcharge. Given the quality of the toppings I don't think the broth ingredients are going to be top tier. I don't know exactly what ingredients go into the broth but I highly doubt it equates to what they charge.

The spicy miso is hands down the best ramen in Indy. This place is my comfort food and I've tried several other places that can't even compare to Ramen Ray.

chashu rice had just a sprinkle of pork and color was way off. container was 90% rice. the gyoza was burnt on the bottom and rigid. Won't repeat
