The Sesame Ramen broth is absolutely awesome, I could eat just that with some bread or crackers. The Eggplant Skewer was tender but not mushy, and the sauce on it is magic.

Expedient with making it, excellent in taste and good and showmanship.
was both savory and abundant in variety I would highly recommend the skewers for their excellence of taste.
was delivered within 5 minutes and very fresh.
I got the mackerel, oysters, lamb skewers, eggplant skewers, and squid skewers all a must try.

Yaki Soba was just a bowl of dry noodles with no flavor. No sauce or juice of any kind. The beef in it was very dry and tough.expected the meat to be tender and tasty. Honestly a waste of my money.
The gyoza tasted good but the dipping sauce was about 1/4 " deep in a tiny plastic container.

So, as a vegetarian, there wasn't much to choose from, here. All the miso ramens also had pork (I LOVE miso and it can so easily be made vegetarian, I get bummed out when meat is added).
So I got the Vegetarian Ramen and was pleased by the portion and the very fresh veggies, however: 1. The broth was very bland. It was described as being creamy soybean and wheat. I assumed it was going to be more like miso flavored, which has that delicious umami flavor... all it needed was some miso added to bump up the flavor... either that and/or shoyu, kombu... as well as adding scallions, wakame and other vegetables used to enhance flavor. There may have been scallions in it, but if so, I didn't notice them.
2. I ordered extra vegetables for the soup and wish I had ordered triple vegetables. Either they just completely missed the extra veg order OR the amounts they use are just very skimpy. So, though there it was a healthy portion, it was mainly just noodles and bland broth.
One very positive thing was the extra tofu I ordered was perfectly cooked...
If I order again, I guess i could just add some shoyu or my own miso.... but wish they'd make it more flavorful so I wouldn't have to.

Tons of flavor. Made as directed. In proper containers. Good amount of meat. Definitely coming back.
