this has become my favorite tea shop in the area - I usually get strictly tea but got their Coffee Milk Tea this time and it was absolutely delicious! their brown sugar boba is a must-add, the pearls are always perfectly soft and chewy. and the Egg Sando is consistently so fresh and tasty, it may not be what we typically go for here in the states but its a great for a snack or breakfast or lunch :)
