• 13/10/25Loved red palace but idk what has happened with the quality. Ordered HS 1. General Tso's Style chickens incredibly overcooked, in a tasteless sauce with 3 pieces of broccoli. This had either been sitting in the buffet there since easily at the opening of the store. This is my usual go to dish from and I had to get rid of it. Chicken isn't supposed to be tough to chews. Definitely will not order this again.

• 3/8/24Have eaten here since it opened and this is the first time I have had bad food. The rice was so dry I could hardly eat it. The beef was tough as shoe leather. With what you pay, the quality seems to have gone downhill.

• 8/9/24Well I am sorry to say those were the worst egg rolls I've ever tasted. They were dry, and stale tasting. And there was almost no meat or shrimp in the chow fun, just a huge pile of rice noodles. Very disappointing. Won't order again from there.

• 11/6/25Love this restaurant very much!! It's always our fav Chinese place to go to in Roanoke!! Service is quick and efficient. Never had any issues! They always make sure to take care of my husband onion allergy and cook his food to perfection each time!! Will always order my Chinese from here!!
