Second time I've ordered from the store and it has been the second time the order has been incorrect. Not a particularly difficult premise to grasp delivering the order that was in fact ordered. I can't believe how poor the quality of the food is at Red Rooster now since when is a small chips only three chips I guess another another display of shrinkflation. Overall the experience was atrocious. I remember growing up with Red Rooster and not that we had it regularly but when we did it had a sense of being special.. unfortunately nothing is further from the truth now..
I guess it is my choice. Never again...so so so bad

the crunchy potatoes are badly burned and taste too bitter. it was our favourite too. disappointed.
