Rooster box was awesome. Chicken piece was perfectly cooked. Absolutely nailed it. Everything was fresh and hot. Sweet potato fries were great. This was a great experience and I will be back.

No communication from the store or the driver about items out of stock and things had been substituted, had I been informed I would have canned the order instead.

food was inedible, all hot food was cold
drinks supplied were different from the ones we ordered
the chicken was so dry, i had one bite of my wing and couldn't finish the rest.
chips had no salt or at least there was salt maybe when the food was still fresh, and after waiting an hour to be delivered it had disappeared.
everything was just soggy and its disappointing that ive paid $50+ for two meals that had to be thrown out

Ordered a LARGE meal and only got the large drink. Small chips was placed in the box. Paid the extra for LARGE and the large chips were missing. Which I was sharing the chips with my daughter. Some of the food was also cold. Could have been sitting for a while prior to door dasher arriving. Door dasher service was fine. The food was very disappointing.
