The chef salad I ordered was plentiful with generous helpings of meats. My son's BLTA was huge (double decker!), with bread toasted on both sides (yay!) and just the right amount of home-cut fries. My husband's Salisbury steak was good sized, with generous portion of mashed potatoes and a tasty jalapeno cornbread with fresh jalapenos. Ice cream for dessert was like homemade. Well done, Red Truck Cafe!

pot roast serving was very small. meat mostly fat and gristle. 2 pieces of carrots

A wonderful meal. Enormous portion, plus the surprise of delicious Southern green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. Mushrooms and onions added to the liver. Delicious!

We really liked the club sandwich.
I was disappointed in size of chicken fried steak and the two very small sides. I think it would be better to put the gravy in another container when delivering.
