The ribs are fantastic fall off the bone juicy! Such generous portion I had enough left over for 2 meals. Baked beans were delicious also Texas toast. Three barbecue sauces! This will be the only place for barbecue for me. Corn on the cob so sweet! Easily 20 stars! Plus a nice little mint for dessert!

The meat was a little dry and maybe not the freshest, but the price was right for a 3 meat sandwich and they do pile it up on the Pig Man;nice portion size. I had plenty of BBQ sauce in the fridge so I didn't mind. The 2oz cup of Pig Man Sauce you get isn't enough for my taste, but it has great flavor. Mac & Cheese was good. I'll order it again if the price doesn't increase.

Two meat plate is a joke! Smallest portions of half effort food around here. Meats were quite dry as well (brisket and smoked chicken). The extra money for "loaded potatoes" Quite honestly not sure why it costs extra being that it's an ice cream scoop portion!!! My wife's "Dynamite Chicken salads" came with the wrong dressing and missing the extras requested. All in all, will not order again. I'll stick with Dickeys!

The chopped brisket ( that you pay extra for) was just mush,usually with chopped brisket you can see the brisket , this did not have any brisket that you could see, this was almost like reddish mashed potatoes, (that was the texture in your mouth. )I don't know why it was red from bbq sauce , it have just been a pile of dry chopped brisket , but instead got a few dollops of red mush! Everything else was great , the pulled pork was tender and juicy and the beans were great.

The Rib Crib never disappoints. Tonight we had smoked chicken, smoked sausage, and smoked beef brisket with their special barbecue sauce. All the meats were super tender and smoked to perfection. This is the most consistent barbecue around.
