Great burger! This tastes like actual beef that was forme into a patty, not the frozen patty most restaurants use. If you are looking for a burger that tastes like a home cooked meal, this is your place. My only complaint is I wish I knew fries came separately. I assumed they came together since the product photo shows both but the item description does not list fries so thats on me and not the vendor.

Burger was salty and needed tomatoes and ketchup. Fries were salty as well. Cookies were basic and not as good as Subway's.

They forgot my straw and my honey Side Honey Mustard I paid extra for. They were insanely rude to my dasher and there were no napkins. They also snapped at my dasher when asking for a switch since they didn't have my Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes stating "We don't have cookies or donut holes" with an attitude per my dasher. It's sad because the food is good but the customer service is bad.

The bun was too soft, the meat basically destroyed it. But it tastes good
