The Happy plate and the Torta Ahogada (Tradicional) we're delicious. The Torta Ahogada (Tradicional) is definitely authentic and the Happy plate gives you a taste of everything. Accompanied with the Crispy Tacos (3 pcs) (Tacos Dorados) de frijoles it was the perfect meal on a Sunday!

Torta ahogada just like the ones I grew up eating in Mexico. Often, Mexican food in the US lacks that spicy kick, but this one was just perfect. Agua fresca portion just great.

Wow!! This was our first time ordering from Rinkon Guadalajara and I think we just discovered our new favorite restaurant!! Everything was sooo delicious! We ordered a sampling of breakfast and lunch items- chilaquiles, breakfast burritos, red quesadilla, sopes, and a mulita. Everything was so flavorful, it is hard to say which was our favorite. We also tried both the red and green salsa- neither was over poweringly spicy and both were yummy (I kept alternating between the two). We will definitely be ordering from here again and I recommend you check it out too!
