They put a very hot Cheese Pretzel in the same bag as my 5 Layer Gelati and Create Your Own Concrete when my driver got here both were melted and needed to be put in freezer for awhile before we could eat them. Maybe leave the hot stuff in a different bag than the frozen out chilled. Other than that everything was great tasting. Thank you.

Paid $9 for less than a cup of custard which was supposed to be a large. This was my first time trying the pretzel and it was nasty. Majority of the bread on the inside was uncooked and the cheese sauce tasted like someone diluted it with a little bit of water. Not cool at all.

paid 9.00 for a kid size cup of ice cream, should've listened to my better judgement and got a pint from cold stone for a dollar more

Didn't realize until after the delivery came but almost $20 for a little pint of ice cream is just outrageous!!

Gelati $6.99 add to order. Please select the size for an additional $6.99. Total. $13.98 for 1 Gelati. $27.96 for 2. Not including taxes, delivery fees, or tips. Outrageous. All items are priced at double except for the pretzels they will forget. Employees can't price things correctly online. They also can't read. You ordered the reeses peanut butter mudslide Sundea? Oh, all we saw was reeses, so here's a milkshake. Thanks. Just paid $15.98 for something I didn't want that came in a child sized cup.
