The carnitas fries are so freaking good! At first I thought it was a little pricey but once I saw the portion size, the price is great because it's a whole lotta food. The carnitas are so good and well cooked. Often times when I order carnitas from other places they have a lot of fatty and grisly pieces, but I've ordered these carnitas fries twice now and have not come across a single piece of grisel or big clump of fat. I highly recommend both Rivas and their carnitas fries!

Food was very dry. The meat was tough and over cooked. The portion size was big. But that doesn't matter when the quality was horrible. Spent over 100$ and no one in the family ate more than a couple bites. 90% of it ended up in the trash. Will never be ordering from here again

The rice was under cooked, the rice and beans where too salty, the chicken was dry and there was hardly any guacamole or sour cream on my taquitos I ordered a large 32 oz Dr Pepper and got a small, kids sized warm orange soda with no ice. Plus my food was cold and tasted like it wasn't made fresh.

Food is okay and portions are big, but requests for no sauce/condiment/etc are frequently ignored, even for allergens, so you may not get to eat all/any of it. Would recommend going elsewhere overall, especially for the price.

Food is good but every single time we order delivery we only get a portion of our order or someone else order all together. The last 5 times!
Not to mention the time we went through the drive through and they let everyone get stuck in line. And waited to tell you that their card reader was down. It happens totally understandable. But put a sign out or something before 6 or so cars pile up in line and you have to wait for the 1 or 2 people tgstgad cash.
Of the food we do get when we get it. It's been very good. They load up the burritos with alot of meat. They do not fill up their burritos with rice, beans or lettuce. Very tasty.
