This is the best burger (BYO) I have had in YEARS! Nicely seasoned, fresh, and juicy! Patties are approx 3/4" thick and about 4" across. Sounds small, but was very satisfying. The brioche bun was fresh and the avocado perfectly ripe. French fries were not covered in salt, but there was a sprinkling. All around exceeded my expectations. Bravo Rodeo Goat, bravo!

The sandwich was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly. The fries were perfectly seasoned. They give a large amount of fries. 10/10

I ordered the BODACIOUS without the bbq sauce for my fiancé who inhaled it. He said my house made ranch is what made it though. He loved the fries as well. I got the COUNTRY CLUB for myself and I could tell the ingredients were fresh as they were delicious! Personally I liked their house made ranch with the sweet potato fries I feel it complimented it very well with the dill. Since I couldn't make up my mind I also got us a FIREBIRD to split. The portion of chicken could have been more on that one but the flavor was amazing!!! I would not order the GOAT BALLS again and feel they could use some cream cheese or maybe actually goat cheese inside.

I've had Rodeo Goat several times and have been happy. This time, I was very disappointed. The EL DORADO was AWFUL. Maybe I didn't understand the description. The tempura bacon was huge (the size of a chicken tender), but ALL batter. The batter tasted sweet, kind of like a cross between pancake & corn dog batter. The burger was all bread. The burger patty itself was bland & a weird consistency. I intended to eat half, but after a few bites, a 1/4 of it went to my dog. And I trashed the rest. Seriously.
The GOAT BALLS were blah, too. Supposedly, they had a Bavarian cream in them? I didn't see or taste any. I ate 2 and they went in the trash, too. Just fried, unflavorful dough.The berry compote tasted good. Maybe the caramel filled balls would be better, but I probably won't try.
The TEXAS CAVIAR & chips were yummy. This $40 meal was a major miss. 😞

10/10 amazing every time we visit Dallas from Tulsa this is our go to spot for local flavor! We order it each time we visit. From scratch burgers and don't forget the fries! Decent size portions enough we all share a bite of each other's food. Can't wait to come back!
