I have ordered from this place 4 times and out of those 4 times, 3 have not been very good. from the burgers being very under cooked to the boom boom sauce very oild down as seen in picture I thought I could give them a chance after the 2 times but it was bad.

California burger arrived without lettuce tomato or onion, and did not get side of ranch I paid for. Bread was stale and burger was chewy and hard. Cheese was burnt on as if it was microwaved.

The food was on point! My only suggestion would be to put the cold items in a separate bag. Warm cheese cake is never good.
