The Rosa's is delicious! Their breakfast burrito threw me because they don't peel their potatoes but they were washed well & the whole thing was very tasty.

I think these are one of the best tacos in Denver. I got the 3 Quesabirria Tacos. It was very filling, the lime gave it a fresh flavor. I would get it again.
