Pizza tastes great. (Crust is a bit thin.) Chicken and mild sauce tastes pretty good.

I love the food here and usually the pizzas are awesome, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing.
First, the service timing and communication were incredibly frustrating. I placed my order 30 minutes in advance and sat waiting for it. When my daughter went up to collect our food, another employee tried to stop her, arguing that the order should go to someone else who had only been waiting for 5 minutes for the same item. It was irritating to realize my order had been sitting there and was almost handed off to a customer who arrived long after me.
On top of the service issue, the food quality missed the mark this time. The pizzas did not meet expectations or match the high standard they usually maintain. To make matters worse, while the pizza looked cut, it wasn't sliced all the way through, so we had to completely re-cut it ourselves at home.
I hope they improve their order management and quality control, because this visit was a major letdown.

Chicken parmigiana was super dry, meatballs had no flavor at all, Philly was extremely salty and the cheesecake was very sweet. Overall I didn't like it, won't be having again.

both things were absolutely discusting. chicken nuggets on pasta with not even enough sauce for the chicken, none on the pasta and the meatballs OMG they are frozen mini balls from Sam's club it seemed, but Sam's clubs are MUCH better. I hardly every leave reviews but this order was a waste of money

Needs more seasoning. The pizza was OK. The eggplant needs more seasoning. The garlic knots are pretty good.
