Smoked Salmon Pizza with Crème Fraîche & Scrambled Eggs
My tastebuds said, "Are we in heaven"?? Yes indeed, I FINALLY found the pizza I've longed for! I left my usual pizza place a long time ago because they thickened their crust. I've searched for a very thin crust, and couldn't find until I discovered this place! I had the Cheese Pizza, and it was DEVINE! The crust was like almost a thin cracker, and it really brought out the cheese flavors! I got the small one, and ate it all! I thank Rose's for such Delicious meal, and you can consider me a forever customer!

Roasted Steelhead with a minor customization which they ALWAYS follow, Heirloom Tomato Salad and Acme Bread Side for dinner. The fish is a work of cooking art - crispy and NOT dry, seasoned just right, good size. The farro it comes with is cooked perfectly - finally someone knows how to cook it. And the salad was just acidic enough and tomatoes just ripe enough for dips. I love Rose's.

Rose's is consistently amazing. The Grilled Tarragon Sausage, Polenta & Organic Poached Eggs was perfect--and it travels well. Highly recommended.

OMG the Potato Gnocchi! It's fluffy, airy, cheesy, creamy without being heavy. Must try. Love the way the Butternut Squash is cooked - nicely caramelized. The Farro Minestrone soup was also really really good. I can eat from here every single day.

Rose's has become my favorite restaurant on DD! Rose, if you're reading this, thank you for such excellent food! I appreciate you have things that don't include vegetables! I'm a regular, and highly recommend! Rose, how about more gnocchi!!??
