• 15/7/24Food was overcooked and chicken shrank so much it looked like it came from a Cornish hen! Maybe it's because of the time I got it. Zero quality control! Disgusting!! Quality has gone down...this used to be my favorite chicken place.

• 20/4/25Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had scheduled a pickup and the store received the order as I walked in (12hr after placed)
They were out of Utz pretzels that I really wanted but substituted with any Utz that I wanted

• 29/4/23I ordered the 4 piece dark box, the chicken is dry and very small, usually the chicken is hot and fresh, not a fan today.

• 31/5/22The Royal Farms on Route 50, South Riding area is horrible! Everything we ordered was wrong AND we paid extra for certain items & didn't even get the item to begin with. All of our sandwiches had nothing on them but the meat and the tenders we ordered didn't come with any of the sauces we ordered. I am absolutely livid with what we got because it was not what we ordered AND I paid over $50 for it!!! Do not order from here as they don't pay attention to anything you order!!!!
