Good as usual! The Double Down and Open Face Lox are great as always. Their take on Tuna sandwich is also good. Good flavored tuna salad that isn't overloaded with mayonnaise. Capers, pickled onions, and tomato make great additions to the Tuna bagel.

So disappointed with my orders. I typically order multiple bagels and plain 8oz Packaged Schmear. Every single time, my bagels are cut extremely unevenly - one half being almost the entire bag, with the other half being a sliver. This time around, my three tubs of plain schmear actually appeared to be moldy (no, it wasn't cross-contamination of seeds, etc.,but rather grey/blackish flecks throughout.
These bagels are the closest I have found to NY-style bagels out here in the Seattle area, so I didn't mind payinga bit extra. But, I can no longer justify the cost for such poor quality.

Both flavors of Single Bagels (Everything and Sesame) were stale and hard. The Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese (8oz) is highly overpriced for a highly salty, flavorless spread. Basically had to throw the entire order away. Overall, very disappointed.

The Double Down is so good, I am obsessed. Switching up the bagel type helps keep it from being repetitive, but it's my second time getting it and I rarely reorder food. So delicious!!!
The 20 oz Iced Latte is yummy, tastes like quality coffee! Strong and delicious!

Absolutely blew me out of the water. The Bacon, Egg & Cheese on an everything bagel?? Incredible. Can also highly recommend adding goat cheese to it. YUM.
Coffee is also very smooth and velvety
