• 7/6/26Ruthie's is an incredible treasure. The lunch menu is impeccable. The brisket sandwich, cod sandwich, chicken sandwich, spicy soy chicken wings, collard greens, Mac n cheese and corn bread were literally the most delicious southern meal we've had in VA. I recommend a reservation. They were extremely pet friendly which made the visit even better!
DO NOT GET THE DEVILED EGGS! Needs more relish and mustard. Bacon would also be a nice addition as these are flavorless.

• 30/8/26After a slew of crappy DDash orders, I had a very specific taste for a good brisket breakfast. The Brisket Hashwas SO good. It was cooked to perfection, had hella vegetables (which I LOVE/need). Only ask - add egg white to the egg options.

• 10/9/26Grilled broccoli was burnt (actually burnt black), potato salad was sooooo full of mayo. Ribs were extremely fatty. However, the pickles were great.

• 30/3/26The spareribs were beyond perfect. Skillet Cornbread fantastic. The side of potatoes tasted like wallpaper paste.
