pretty great food. they were out of horchata, but at least they called to see what I'd want instead. and the portions are pretty decent. the Fried Quesadilla (2 per order) was spectacular. very tender meat, and the way the cheese just fills the rest. fajitas combo was amazing, surprised there was no sour cream included tho. great work on getting them veggies and the meat well seared.

I haven't been disappointed one time when dining through Ruty's Restaurant. Their customer service is top-tier, prices reasonable and portions are more than agreeable. This place is easily my favorite in umatilla county! The Asada Nacho Fries are a must have 🤤& Rebel Limonade (Redbull) is 🔥 🔥

Great prices, and great food. The fajitas are always tasty, and definitely the best price around anymore. The quesadillas are cheesy and melty and nicely fried. The 32oz horchata is the only affordable drink in town anymore. Love these guys.

Wanted to try something new and was not disappointed. We ordered an Asada and a Chicken Burrito. Delicious flavor and large portion. Had a side of beans and rice that was also good. Added a little of the red sauce to those and it was even better. My favorite new thing was my Corn In A Cup. If you've thought about it, just do it. You wont regret it. The corn had a good flavor and then mixing in the rest, it was amazing. I'll be ordering again as often as I can.

Not good. Rice was mushy, soft and flavorless. Bad texture. Quasadilla was a complete mess. Torillas were good, but overall over priced, poorly made food with bad flavors.
