I get the Yasai Ramen since I'm a vegetarian, but I ask to make it spicy, add black garlic oil, and use regular noodles. it's so delicious, I crave it often!! They are amazing with the substitutions! I've tried many, but this is my favorite ramen house. They make it perfect every time!

The Chicken Katsu Don is so delicious! The onions, egg and chicken are served on a bed of rice, which traps the sauce from the dish. This is definitely a favorite and will be ordered again!!
The to-go portion was packaged perfectly, and the side of freshly prepared Edamame paired perfectly.

I very rarely leave reviews but I had toor this ramen! I lived in Japan for 10 years and this is the closest Shiro / White Tonkotsu Ramen I've had in the states to the real deal! It is absolutely amazing! The noodles are the perfect al dente consistency, the broth is so rich and very well bodied in flavor, the chashu is perfect. Amazing, would order again in a heartbeat!❤️

The ramen was bland and only had two very thinly sliced small pieces of pork that were very fatty, definetly did not need to purchase extra noodles. Chicken Karaage was not crispy and the potatoe croquette was very thick and mushy on the inside. Would not recommend.

Ryujin always has the best ramen. They package it perfectly so it's still fresh by the time it gets here. They are also really diligent about reading the special instructions about my adjustments to my order, it has never been wrong! Love this place.
