I order the Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich (Hot) on focaccia and spring rolls. What I got was a cold sandwich on a stale half sub bun. The chicken was dry and old as well as cold when I bit into it after picking off the mostly raw bacon. There was a small smear of what resembled avocado. The lettuce and tomato looked fresh. My spring rolls we substituted with barely warm, soggy egg rolls which were thrown in a brown paper bag. The bottle of Coke is the only thing salvageable and that will need to be refrigerated for a while since I don't care for room temperature soda. In other words, order at your own risk

I order this item quite often and have never had an issue but this time I got some chicken pieces (nothing on it) with 10 packets of sweet n sour. Chicken was cold and then I added cold sauce to it. I forgot to take a picture before but this is the packets of sweet n sour.

I didn't like the service. The food was fine. ordered things they said they were out of, but they wouldn't substitute for else, so there wasn't enough to go around.

instead of letting people know they have no beef they just substituted with what they want and it's so not fresh
